The short version of what you are getting and what we both agree to. Last updated 11 October 2026.
The programme
- What it is. A free, self-paced, 20-session leadership programme on AI in Nigerian modular and integrated refinery operations, written and taught by Ritchie Wingo, who reviews every assignment marked below the pass, built on his book The Intelligent Refinery — An Operating Doctrine for AI in Nigerian Refinery Operations. It is offered at no charge, with no paid tier and nothing conditional on a purchase. The book is sold separately; buying it is never required.
- The credential. Passing every assignment, the Session 20 capstone and the Final Exam (pass mark 70) earns an ERW CommandRefinery certificate of completion. No reference letter is issued for this programme. The certificate is not an engineering qualification, a regulator’s licence, a university award or a vendor certification, and the ninety-day plan you produce is the evidence that matters most.
- Your place is personal to you and tied to the account you sign in with. Please do not share your sign-in or redistribute the programme materials.
- Your work must be your own. Submitting another person’s plan, or work you cannot stand behind, can end your enrolment and forfeit the certificate.
- No advice. The programme teaches a doctrine and a method. It is training, not engineering, safety, legal, regulatory, financial or investment advice about your facility. Worked examples use assumed figures, and international references are taught as the book cites them, not as Nigerian law; decisions affecting operating conditions, product release or asset integrity stay with your facility’s competent people and approval arrangements. Decisions you take in your business remain yours.
Your material and your refinery
- Everything you write on the programme is yours, including your plan. We use it only to mark it and return it to you.
- Write about your own refinery at the level of decision, process and figures. Do not submit material you are not free to share.
- The programme materials, the doctrine card and the assessment papers remain the property of Ritchie Wingo and are licensed to you for your own use.
Availability
Because the programme is free, it is offered as it is, and sessions may be improved or corrected while you are part-way through. There are no cohort dates and no deadlines, and your progress waits for you. If something about the programme is not what this site described, contact us first — we would rather fix it.
