What this site keeps, and where
- In your own browser only: which sessions you marked as finished, the company and role you typed on the enrolment page, and your scores and missed questions on the practice papers. This is kept in your browser’s local storage so your progress page works. It never leaves your device unless you are signed in. Clearing your browser data deletes it.
- When you sign in: your name and email address from your Google account, the company and role you gave, the documents you upload for marking, your marks, the written feedback letters, and your paper results. These are kept so your work can be marked, your progress shown to you, and your certificate issued in your name.
- Your assignments describe your own refinery or company, so please write them at the level of the decision, the process and the size of the number. Do not paste contracts, crude prices under NDA, customer names, drawings, control-system details, personal data or anything confidential. The programme teaches this discipline about evidence and holds itself to it.
- No payments. The programme is free and there is no checkout, so no card details exist to store. Links to the book on Selar and Amazon take you to those sites, whose own terms and privacy notices apply.
- Coach Ritchie, the AI study assistant, sends the questions you type to an AI service to generate an answer. Do not type passwords, credentials or anyone’s personal information into it.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- We do not publish your work, your plan or your marks, and we do not share what you write about your company with anyone.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time. Deleting your record ends your enrolment and removes your marks, letters and plan sections. Use the contact address in the footer of this page.
